Resumen

Trastorno del juego se caracteriza por la pérdida de control sobre la conducta de jugar, generando impactos individuales, sociales y económicos. Esta revisión sistemática evaluó la eficacia de las intervenciones biopsicosociales relacionadas con el trastorno del juego, con énfasis en las implicaciones para las políticas públicas. La búsqueda se realizó en Scopus para publicaciones entre 2019 y 2024, siguiendo el marco PICOS y las directrices PRISMA. Se incluyeron 26 ensayos clínicos aleatorizados, clasificados como intervenciones psicológicas (n = 17), conductuales/ambientales (n = 6) o medicinales (n = 3). La terapia cognitivo-conductual presentó evidencia más sólida, y su modalidad grupal mostró beneficios adicionales. Las intervenciones en línea surgieron como alternativa viable para ampliar el acceso. Las estrategias de autorregulación demostraron buenos resultados. Las intervenciones medicinales mostraron potencial, limitadas por el tamaño muestral. Los mensajes de juego responsable no demostraron eficacia. Se requieren estudios más segmentados y comparaciones con grupos sin intervención.
